We are looking for an individual that is an IT Desktop Technician that will be responsible for the support of end-user desktop, laptop, phone, mobile device hardware, software, and break/fix services. This person will also deal with troubleshooting and repairing computer systems and peripheral equipment as well as responding to incidents and service requests either in person, by telephone, or via remote access. They will also be responsible for monitoring their respective ticket queue and handling tickets to ensure incidents and service requests are addresses in a timely manner, meeting established metrics and SLAs.
