This hands-on certification program introduces participants to the modern systems powering today’s homes, businesses, and smart buildings, combining technical training with real-world workforce readiness.
From climate control technology and energy-efficient systems to diagnostics, troubleshooting, and emerging automation tools, participants will gain industry-relevant skills designed for a rapidly advancing economy. In addition to HVAC training, participants will earn both OSHA 10-Hour Federal and OSHA 10-Hour North Carolina certifications, providing valuable workplace safety credentials recognized by employers across the industry.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CERTIFICATION
Step into the future of business with our newest AI learning experience! This exclusive two-day weekend intensive is designed for Triad-area professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers ready to immediately apply AI tools in real-world business settings. No prior AI experience required! Hosted at Goler Community Development Corporation in partnership with Knox Studios, this collaborative, high-impact cohort will equip participants with practical strategies for productivity, innovation, and economic mobility in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. With only 15 seats available, this exclusive learning experience is built to create meaningful transformation, connection, and opportunity.
Comptia A+ Training & Certification
Participants will have the opportunity to receive training for the CompTIA A+ Certification, which will prepare you for a wide range of IT roles. The new A+ certification will cover essential skills in hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting, with an increased focus on security, networking, and software troubleshooting. Prior experience in Information Technology is not required, but applicants must have a strong desire to work toward industry-recognized certifications.
INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT
Our program is individualized to suit the needs of traditionally underserved populations. We work with participants to develop an Individualized Goal Plan and offer support every step of the way.
CAREER PLACEMENT & SEARCH ASSISTANCE
We work with local employers to learn more about the industry landscape and provide our participants with usable job seeking information. When possible, we match participants with our employer partners’ job openings.
